Publishing
Publishing connects your Bloomberry-generated content to external platforms. Once you've connected your LinkedIn and X accounts, you can publish immediately or schedule posts from within the Writer interface.
Connectors
Connectors are authenticated links between Bloomberry and external publishing platforms. Each connector uses OAuth 2.0 — Bloomberry receives a scoped access token and stores it encrypted.
| Platform | Status | Post types |
|---|---|---|
| Available | Text posts, image posts, document (carousel) posts | |
| X (Twitter) | Available | Single tweets, threads |
| WordPress | Coming soon | Blog posts |
| Medium | Coming soon | Articles |
| Notion | Coming soon | Pages |
| Zapier | Coming soon | Any (webhook) |
To connect a platform: Settings → Integrations → Connect.
Scheduled posts
After generating content, you can schedule it for a specific date and time. Scheduled posts are queued and automatically published when the scheduled time arrives.
Scheduling flow
- Generate content in the Writer
- Click Schedule on any generated output
- Select platform (LinkedIn or X)
- Choose date and time (or add to queue)
- Preview the post on the platform's layout
- Confirm
Post queue
The post queue manages your publishing pipeline. Posts in the queue are published in order at your configured default posting times.
Queue features:
- Reorder — drag and drop to reprioritize
- Edit — click any queued post to edit before it publishes
- Delete — remove posts from the queue
- Pause queue — temporarily stop all scheduled publishing
Calendar view
The calendar view shows all scheduled posts on a monthly calendar. Each post appears on the day it's scheduled to publish. Click a post to view, edit, or reschedule.
Scheduler defaults
Configure default posting times per platform in Settings → Publishing → Scheduler Defaults.
Recommended posting windows based on platform data:
- LinkedIn — Tuesday–Thursday, 8am–10am and 12pm–2pm (audience timezone)
- X — Monday–Friday, 8am–9am and 5pm–7pm (audience timezone)
Publishing workflow
Here's the recommended end-to-end workflow:
- Batch generate — Set aside 30–45 min once a week to generate 5–7 posts for the coming week
- Review and refine — Chat-refine each post until it's at 90%+ quality
- Queue all posts — Add to the post queue in one session
- Review calendar — Check the calendar view to confirm distribution
- Auto-publish — Bloomberry handles the rest automatically
