Getting Started
This guide walks you through everything you need to go from a fresh Bloomberry account to publishing your first piece of AI-generated content — in your voice, on your platforms.
Estimated time: 10–15 minutes for full setup, under 2 minutes to generate your first post.
Step 1 — Sign up
Create your account
Go to bloomberry.ai/sign-up and create your account with Google or email. Email confirmation is required for email signups.
After signup, you land on the Writer page. You start on the free Starter plan which gives you 20 chats per month.
Step 2 — Generate your first post
Write your first post
From the Writer page, type a concept in the text box. It can be a rough sentence or a few bullet points — Bloomberry handles the rest.
"Why most founders post too little on LinkedIn — and the one habit that changed my approach to building in public"
Below the text box, you'll see format chips. Select the platforms you want:
- LinkedIn — long-form narrative post
- X (Twitter) — 3–8 tweet thread
- Blog — 600–1200 word article draft
- Image — visual content brief
- Infographic — structured data visualization script
- Carousel — slide-by-slide content plan
Choose a writing style:
- Polished — formal, executive tone
- Natural — conversational, authentic
- Punchy — short sentences, high energy
Hit Generate. Bloomberry produces output within 5 seconds.
Step 3 — Train your voice
Upload voice samples
Go to Settings → AI Voice → Voice Training. This is the most important setup step. Without voice samples, Bloomberry uses a generic voice. With samples, it generates content that sounds like you wrote it.
To add a sample:
- Click Add sample
- Paste a piece of your writing (LinkedIn post, blog excerpt, email, talk notes)
- Add a title for reference
- Save
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 samples to run voice analysis
- Minimum 500 total words across all samples
- Each sample must be at least 50 words
- Best results: 5–10 samples, 1,500+ total words
After uploading, click Analyze voice. Bloomberry processes your samples and generates a voice fingerprint that is used in all future generations.
Step 4 — Connect accounts
Connect your publishing channels
Go to Settings → Integrations. Connect LinkedIn and X (Twitter) to publish and schedule directly from Bloomberry.
Available integrations:
- X (Twitter) — OAuth 2.0, tweet + thread scheduling
- LinkedIn — OAuth 2.0, post scheduling
Coming soon: WordPress, Medium, Notion, Framer, Zapier, Slack.
Step 5 — Schedule content
Publish and schedule
After generating a post, click Schedule or Publish now. The scheduling UI lets you:
- Pick a specific date and time
- Add to the post queue (auto-fills next available slot)
- Preview how the post will look on the platform
- Select which connected account to publish to
The Post queue view (available at /writer → Queue tab) shows all scheduled posts in order. You can reorder, edit, or delete queued posts.
