Brand Kit

The Brand Kit stores your visual identity and brand voice guidelines. It ensures generated content reflects your brand positioning, not just your personal voice. Particularly useful for companies with an established brand identity or agencies managing clients.

Brand identity

Logo upload

Upload your brand logo to be referenced in image briefs, carousel scripts, and infographic structures. Supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPG. Maximum file size: 5MB.

The logo is stored securely and is only used as a reference in generated content briefs — it is not overlaid or embedded directly.

Brand colors

Define up to three brand colors using hex codes:

  • Primary color — dominant brand color (backgrounds, key UI elements)
  • Secondary color — supporting color
  • Accent color — highlight and CTA color

Colors are referenced in image briefs and carousel scripts to ensure generated visual content matches your brand.

Brand name and tagline

Store your brand name and tagline. These are automatically included where appropriate in generated content — for example, closing lines of LinkedIn posts or carousel cover slides.

Brand voice prompt

The brand voice prompt is an optional free-text field (up to 500 characters) that gives Bloomberry explicit instructions about how your brand communicates.

Example brand voice prompt

"We are a B2B SaaS company for growth teams. Our tone is smart but accessible — no buzzwords, no jargon. We challenge conventional wisdom and take confident positions. We write for operators who are skeptical of marketing fluff. Always end posts with a clear, direct takeaway."

Combining brand and personal voice
The brand voice prompt layers on top of your personal AI voice. Think of your personal voice as "how you write" and the brand voice as "what topics and positions you take". They work together, not in conflict.

How brand kit influences generation

When you generate content with a brand kit configured, Bloomberry applies the brand context at three points:

  1. Topic framing — The brand voice prompt shapes how the topic is approached and which positions are taken
  2. Closing and CTA — Brand taglines or calls to action are suggested in relevant formats
  3. Visual briefs — Image, infographic, and carousel outputs include brand colors and logo direction
Brand kit is optional
You can use Bloomberry without a brand kit. It is most valuable for companies with defined brand guidelines or agency operators managing branded client accounts.
