By accessing or using Bloomberry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of bloomberry.ai, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

1. Use of the Service

Bloomberry grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business content creation purposes. You agree not to: • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service • Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service in ways not permitted by these terms

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@bloomberry.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Content You Generate

You retain ownership of the content you create using Bloomberry. By using the Service, you grant Bloomberry a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (e.g., generating voice-matched posts, applying your style profile). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use your content to train shared AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Bloomberry and its underlying technology, design, and product infrastructure are owned by Bloomberry and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bloomberry makes no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloomberry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
